| About. | **For environment photo printing app that use recycled paper cups**. At the first time we use plastic material as other photo printing companies. a year later, we've decided change material to recycled paper cups which better for environment and renewal our branding with signature orange color. customers loved it, spread on the instagram and twitter between young people. |
#### Recycled coffee cup photoprint platform
It was my first business as a co-founder and designer. It was a sustainable photo printing service with recycled paper cups. The service began as a simple photo-printing service but later expanded into an environmental campaign. we reached over 300k users even though we didn't have any commercial advertisement at all.

My partner and I created a marketing named "Marketing for Earth". When customers post a review on social media like Instagram and X along with their prints, it results in a donation of $1.00 per review. We had counted the reviews each month, which driven by user participation.

During that time, I led the entire design process—from brand identity to UX/UI—and also developed new sustainable products. The most popular items were Polaroid-style photo prints and photo books. Our user base ranged widely in age, but especially popular among teens and people in their twenties

**Activities for environment**
As we pursued sustainable value, we created small initiatives that could give new purpose to items that would normally be thrown away. On Environment Day, we held a plogging event built around the theme _‘Don’t Let Your Bag Go to Waste.’_ The idea was simple: Instead of discarding the package after delivery, customers could posted it on social media, we would pick up the same number of pieces of trash in return.
This approach not only inspired active participation but also reinforced a shared sense of responsibility for sustainability.

**Paper Cup Collection Campaign**
We collaborated with public institutions, companies, and cafes on a campaign that collected used paper cups and transformed them into recycled-paper products. Paper cups placed in our collection bins would be reborn as new items. The collected cups were later upcycled into brochures, packaging materials, and pamphlets.

Running Filaroid was genuinely enjoyable for me. Although everything was new and I often felt inexperienced, the process of figuring things out firsthand made the experience deeply meaningful. I believe that even small activities make a big difference.
